Ugro is a solution born from my Google UX design certification and real-world needs. Designed for users who want an easy, sustainable way to buy and resell children's clothing, Ugro simplifies the process while fostering a sense of community.
Sparked by a prompt, the inspiration came from a failed product launch, raising the question: What if I could create something better? This project was an opportunity to rethink the experience from the ground up, ensuring every interaction—whether listing an item, browsing, or checking out—feels effortless.
USer Persona
Creating these user personas anchored the design process in empathy and purpose. Each story represented more than a user—it reflected real people navigating busy lives, making thoughtful choices, and seeking simplicity. These personas helped me design for usability, confidence, connection, and care.
